The International Law School Fair (ILSF) primarily serves pre-law students who are currently studying in the U.S. and Canada.

The “International” in our name refers to the fact that we were initially established to attract Law Schools from around the world to help them recruit U.S. and Canadian citizens and residents interested in pursuing a legal education abroad (like an LL.B., LL.M., or J.D. program outside North America).

• Our Audience: Our attendees are mainly undergraduate students, U.S./Canadian citizens, and permanent residents who are considering both domestic and international paths in law/legal practice.

• The Rebrand: We are currently in the process of rebranding to simply The Law School Fair as we are seeing an increasing number of U.S. and Canadian law schools attend our events alongside the international institutions.

We consistently average between 250 to 300 highly motivated pre-law students at every in-person event.

Crucially, every single attendee at the International Law School Fair is already interested in pursuing a career in law—whether J.D., LL.M., or a specialized legal program. This means you will meet a dedicated group of “qualified leads”who are serious about the next step in their legal education.

We deliberately limit the number of institutions to ensure high-quality interactions.

We cap our exhibitors at a maximum of 30 tables, with an average of 20 exhibitors per event. This strategic limit is based on our core principle of valuing meaningful conversations: it ensures our pre-law students have enough time to engage deeply with your admissions representatives without feeling rushed to visit every single table.
