Frequently Asked Questions
What is the ILSF?
International Law School Fair is an organization that aims to provide PreLaw Students across US and Canada options for their Law Education. We hold our events right on campus and partner with a local organization (like PreLaw Society) to help us promote our events to our very niche audience.
Is this for International Students?
ILSF was initially established to attract law schools from around the world and help them recruit students from the United States and Canada, which is reflected in the name ILSF. Our primary audience consists of undergraduate students currently studying in the US and Canada who are interested in pursuing a career in law. The majority of our audience are US and Canadian citizens rather than international students.
We are now in the process of rebranding to The Law School Fair, as an increasing number of US law schools are participating in and attending our events.
What’s the Demographics of the Students that Attend the Law School Fair?
How many students can we expect to see in an event?
We average between 250-300 students at every event. Every single student that comes to The Law School Fair is interested in pursuing law, which means all students you will meet are “qualified” leads. At the end of every event, you will also have access to the registration list.
How many exhibitors are there in an event?
We value meaningful conversations and this is why we limit the exhibitors to a maximum of 30 tables(we have an average of 20 exhibitors per event). This allows our students to not rush to see you to hit all the schools they want to visit.
